Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business day

  • Processing time excludes Sundays and public holidays

  • You will receive an order confirmation once payment is successfully completed

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day

  • Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays are dispatched on the next business day


Shipping Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location

  • Remote or non-metro areas may take longer than usual

  • Prepaid Orders:
    Free Shipping across India

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    ₹99 COD charge will be applied and clearly shown at checkout

  • Any shipping charges or offers are transparently displayed before payment


Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available with a ₹99 additional charge

  • COD availability may be restricted for certain locations

  • Hizbah reserves the right to disable COD for specific orders or pin codes


Order Tracking

  • Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched

  • Updates are sent via Email or WhatsApp

  • Orders can also be tracked through the Track Orders section on our website


Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Strikes or regional disruptions

  • High-volume sale or festive periods

  • Unforeseen or force majeure events

These factors are beyond our control, but we remain available to assist you until delivery is completed.


Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be re-routed

  • Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the customer


Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Please share clear images of the product and outer packaging for verification

  • In case a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue


Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners may attempt delivery 2–3 times

  • If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to us

  • Re-shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer
