Shipping and Returns

The short version of our shipping and returns rules. The full legal text is in our shipping policy and refund policy.

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders across India
  • Cash on delivery available for Rs. 99
  • Dispatch in 1 to 2 business days, delivery in 3 to 7 business days
  • Returns and exchanges within 2 days of delivery, Rs. 200 fee

Shipping

  • We ship across India only.
  • Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, not counting Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed before 12 PM usually ship the same day.
  • Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Remote and non-metro areas can take longer.
  • Tracking details reach you on email or WhatsApp once your order ships.
  • Couriers try delivery 2 to 3 times. If a parcel comes back to us, re-shipping charges are paid by the customer.

Returns and exchanges

  • Request a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery.
  • The T-shirt must be unused, unwashed, with tags, packaging and seal intact.
  • A Rs. 200 convenience fee applies to every return and exchange.
  • Exchanges depend on stock. If your size is not available, we offer a refund or credit note.
  • Sale and discounted items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or wrong.

Refunds

  • We refund after the returned product reaches us and passes a quality check.
  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 3 to 7 working days of approval.
  • COD orders are refunded as a credit note for future purchases.

Damaged or wrong item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a continuous, uncut unboxing video and clear photos of the product and outer packaging. Claims without the video cannot be accepted.

How to request a return

Common questions

Do you ship outside India?

Not yet. We only ship within India for now.

Why is there a Rs. 200 fee on returns?

It is a flat convenience fee on every return and exchange. If reverse pickup is not available at your pin code, you may need to ship the product back yourself.

Can I exchange for a different design?

Exchanges are meant for size or product issues and depend on stock. WhatsApp us and we will tell you what is possible.

When will I get my refund?

Within 3 to 7 working days after the returned product is received and approved.
