Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Hizbah, we believe in fairness, responsibility, and clear communication.
We encourage you to read the policy below carefully before placing an order.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery

  • To qualify for a return:

    • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

    • The product must be in its original condition

    • All tags, original packaging, and seals must be intact

    • The seal must not be cut, removed, or replaced

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be approved


Non-Eligible Returns

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged products

  • Products with cut or tampered seals

  • Return requests made after 2 days of delivery

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size or product-related issues

  • A ₹200 convenience fee applies to all exchanges

  • Exchange requests are processed only after the fee is paid

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or credit note may be offered as per our policy.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and verified

  • All products undergo quality and usage inspection

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 working days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • A ₹200 convenience fee will be deducted from all refunds


Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

  • For COD orders, refunds are not issued to bank accounts

  • In case of a return on a COD order, a credit note will be provided

  • The credit note value will be issued after deducting ₹200 convenience fee

  • Credit notes can be redeemed on future purchases as per validity terms


Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup availability depends on serviceable locations

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product

  • In all cases, a ₹200 convenience fee will be deducted


Size & Color Disclaimer

  • Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing an order

  • Minor color variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or photography

  • Size exchanges due to incorrect selection are covered under the exchange policy


Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, an unboxing video is mandatory

  • The video must be continuous, uncut, and clearly show the package being opened

  • Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange
