Products and fit
What are Hizbah T-shirts made of?
All our T-shirts are 100% cotton French terry loopknit. Oversized tees are 240 to 260 GSM heavyweight cotton. Regular fit tees are 180 GSM mid-weight cotton.
What is the difference between oversized and regular fit?
Oversized tees have a relaxed drop-shoulder cut and a heavier fabric. Regular fit tees are true to size with a clean everyday silhouette. Compare measurements on our size guide.
Which size should I order?
Measure a T-shirt you already like across the chest, then match it to our size guide. In the oversized fit, stay true to size for the intended look or size down for a closer fit. In the regular fit, size up for a looser feel.
Are the T-shirts unisex?
Yes. Both fits are designed to be worn by men and women.
Will the print crack or fade?
Not with the right care. Wash cold and inside out, do not iron directly on the print, and dry in shade.
Will a sold-out design come back?
Yes. We are restocking sold-out designs. Follow @hizbah.co on Instagram to know when they are back.
Orders and payment
What payment options do you accept?
You can pay online at checkout or choose cash on delivery. COD has a Rs. 99 charge, shown before you pay.
How do I track my order?
We send tracking details on email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can also use the Track Order link in our menu.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 9867115416 as soon as possible. Once a parcel has shipped, it cannot be re-routed.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Across India. We do not ship internationally yet.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched in 1 to 2 business days, and orders placed before 12 PM usually leave the same day. Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas can take longer.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on all prepaid orders across India. Cash on delivery orders have a Rs. 99 charge.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return or exchange a T-shirt?
Yes, within 2 days of delivery, if the product is unused and unwashed with tags, packaging and seal intact. A Rs. 200 convenience fee applies. Full details are in our shipping and returns guide.
How do refunds work on COD orders?
COD returns are refunded as a credit note for future purchases, after the Rs. 200 fee. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 3 to 7 working days of approval.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours with a continuous, uncut unboxing video and photos. We cannot process damage or wrong-item claims without the video.
